A: When your current web hosting provider can no longer match the necessities of your web site, or when you undergo constant downtime, or if you have to wait for hours for the tech support staff to respond to you, it might be a good idea to change your hosting provider, i.e. to transfer all the files for your sites along with your databases from your current provider to your future provider. At Club Pyme, we are aware that this can often be hard & time–consuming. Because of this, we will accomplish all that for you at no cost!Our proficient technical staff will transfer your web site content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have got a lot of experience migrating websites and can take care of everything – from a customary WordPress–based blog or Joomla^™–driven site, to a highly elaborate, custom–made application.

A: While we cannot give you an exact ETA, since there are a lot of variables, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our best to move your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the website content is not very large).

A: We do not require any private details. We will require, however, the login information for your present web hosting account and the name of the website that you want to migrate.

A: Customer privacy is indeed one of our leading concerns – that’s why, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are protected with enterprise–grade digital certificates. We employ security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial operations to safeguard the info that we obtain online. And we also have a detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of information that we gather.

A: Your website will work exactly like it did before with your previous hosting provider. As soon as we have completed the transfer, your site will be configured to work on our system and we will ask you to preview it. If it is functioning correctly, all you will need to do is change the name server resource records for your domain name. Your web site will be migrated to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We will never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. In essence, if we can access your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site creation platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
