And in the event of a service trouble, our skilled sysadmins will be alerted immediately and they will solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Hosting Plan isn’t the easiest job in this world. You will either have to use a separate server or your home PC, or utilize some third–party solution. We’ll make a full backup of your Virtual Private Server every single week, so you never have to worry about permanently losing any important information. And we can recover a backup copy really fast. All our backups are saved on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Hosting Plan, you have full freedom to install any script or service on your it. However, a part of the scripts are harder to install and may require some extra configuration from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services deal will help you out. It features 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – this means that you will be able to literally employ one of our well–trained server admins for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any software package that you need. And/or have him resolve a trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and it is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
